Client: “What’s your best price?”

Tattoo Artist: “The price I just gave you.”

Nobody walks into a restaurant, orders the steak, and asks if the chef can do it for half price.

You’re not just paying for the tattoo. You’re paying for years of experience, artistic ability, sterile equipment, quality supplies, licensing, insurance, and the confidence that your tattoo won’t end up on a regret-removal TV show.

If price is the most important factor in choosing your artist, that’s your choice. Just remember: cover-ups usually cost more than doing it right the first time.
