Okay first run back in a year in a half. I used Runna | Running Coaching App with Strava running program and love it. The goal is to minimum run a 10k in October but hoping to be able to do a full half marathon. Running is more than physical it’s also mental. It’s helps me be disciplined and with a goal like a race even more.
