🍷 Introducing our first-ever w**e soap: Red W**e & Rosemary

Up until now, the liquids we’ve used in our soaps have typically been water, goat’s milk, or dairy milk. This time, I decided to try something completely different — red w**e. 🍷

And I’m pretty excited about how it turned out.

This bar is made with red w**e, local Joe’s Bees honey, and rosemary grown right here at home.

🍯🐝 Today we visited the Pelham Wildlife Festival and picked up some AMAZING LOCAL HONEY! 🐝🍯

And when I say LOCAL, I mean LOCAL! ❤️

We picked up honey from Chewy Honey, located right here in Meigs, GA — this honey comes to me as local as it gets! 🐝🍯 You just can’t get much more South Georgia than that!

We also picked up some delicious honey from Joe’s Bees, located in Decatur County, GA. 🌻🐝

This honey will be used in our soaps and bath products, and of course, I had to grab some for myself too! 😂🍯

At South Georgia Soap Company, we absolutely LOVE supporting the small local businesses, farmers, growers, beekeepers, and makers right here in South Georgia. There’s something extra special about knowing that the ingredients we use come from people and businesses in our own communities. ❤️

Local honey + handmade products + supporting our South Georgia neighbors = one sweet combination! 🍯🧼🐝

We are so excited to host our very first Farmers Market and can’t wait to see everyone there!
