TOP Reasons Your Labs Look “Normal”… But You Still Feel Awful 👇

• “Normal” often means average — not optimal
• Partial hormone testing (or no hormone testing at all) misses the bigger picture
• Ferritin may be technically “normal” while still being too low for optimal energy, hair growth, and overall wellness
• A Vitamin D level of 30 may fall in range, but many people feel better at higher levels
• Cortisol and stress hormone dysfunction don’t always clearly show up on standard labs
• An A1C of 5.6% may still indicate a trend toward insulin resistance or pre-diabetes
• TSH alone does NOT provide a complete thyroid picture
• Women’s hormones fluctuate constantly — symptoms matter just as much as lab values
• Labs should support the clinical picture, not replace it
• Perimenopause hormones can feel like a roller coaster long before labs clearly reflect it

You are more than a lab number.
