We're excited for another month of learning, movement, and connection at ILCKC!

We had a great time getting moving together at our Chair Exercise Class last week! Thank you to everyone who joined us for some exercise, fun, and connection.

💪🪑What a great time at yesterday's Chair Exercise Class! 💪🪑

We got moving, stretched, smiled, and enjoyed some great company! Our participants showed that staying active is all about finding movement that works for YOU.

All of the smiles say it all! Thank you everyone who joined us and brought such a wonderful energy to the class. We loved seeing everyone encourage one another, move at their own pace, and just enjoy time together.

Whether you're here to get moving, meet new people, or simply enjoy some time with the ILCKC community, there's always a place for you!
