Microneedling with salmon DNA is $450, and it is one of the better things you can do for skin that looks tired no matter how good your skincare is.

Here is what makes it different. Regular microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin so it repairs itself and builds collagen. Adding polynucleotides from salmon DNA into those channels gives the skin the raw material to do that repair work better. The movement is still there in the after photos. The brow and the eyes move the way they always did. What changed is the lines that used to stay behind once the expression was over.

What a first appointment looks like:

→ A talk about which lines bother you and how much movement you want to keep
→ Making a few faces so your muscle pattern can be mapped, since no two faces move the same way
→ Photos taken at rest and mid expression to compare later
→ A few small injections with a very fine needle, usually under ten minutes
→ Straight back to your day, with results showing up over 7 to 14 days
→ A check in around two weeks to see how it settled

Men and women are not treated the same way. Male muscles are usually stronger and cover a wider area, so treatment often calls for more product and more spread across the forehead. Something like Dysport works well here because it diffuses a little further, which suits a broader, stronger muscle.
