“Running held me together when I was falling apart.”
I used to think I had to handle everything on my own. Then motherhood got heavy, and running became the place where I could breathe, feel like myself, and keep showing up.
It didn’t make every hard thing disappear. But mile by mile, running helped me find pieces of myself I thought I’d lost.
If you’re a mom who runs to feel a little more like you again, I see you. 🤍
Send this to the mom who looks like she has it all together — she’s probably the one who needs it most.
What did running give back to you? Tell me below.
