THURSDAY TAI CHI | 6-WEEK BEGINNER SERIES

Slow down. Find your center. Move with intention.

Join us for a 6-week introduction to the well-known 24-move Short Form, Yang Style Tai Chi. Through slow, flowing, low-impact movements, breath, and awareness, Tai Chi becomes a graceful moving meditation, cultivating balance, flexibility, strength, and a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit.

The series will be guided by Sifu Phil Roger, who began his Taijiquan training in 1990.

As we settle into a new season, we’re making a few changes to our weekly schedule and welcoming some new ways to move, breathe, and connect.

SUNDAY MORNINGS
We’re welcoming a new Sunday morning offering: Yoga Brunch with Ananda at 10:00 AM.

Slide into your Sunday morning with an hour of gentle guided movement. This class will offer classic postures with the longer holds of traditional Hatha yoga, breathwork, and meditation. A beautiful way to slow down and begin your Sunday with intention.

SOAK, SAUNA & PLUNGE
Our Wednesday schedule is shifting to one Soak, Sauna & Plunge session at 6:30 PM. The 8:00 PM session will no longer be offered.

TUESDAY MORNINGS
Our 9:00 AM Vibrant Yoga class will be taking a pause from the schedule.

THURSDAY TAI CHI
We’re excited to share that Thursday Tai Chi is growing into a 6-week Beginner Series, beginning September 17th.

Whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or simply want to deepen your foundation, this series will offer a supportive space to learn and practice together.

More details about the series are coming soon, so keep an eye out.

Looking for a new morning practice? Join Ananda for Vibrant Yoga Tuesdays at 9:00 AM or Amie for Dynamic Balance Yoga Thursdays at 9:00 AM.

Need an after-work reset? All Levels Yoga with Regan is now Tuesdays at 4:00 PM, and Tai Chi with Phil now meets Thursdays at 3:15 PM.

And don’t forget about the regular classes you know and love — Mindful Movement, Strong & Steady, Yin, SloMo Yoga, Kirtan, and more are all part of the August schedule.

What a great event! Thank you Krystal Denham for your continued passion and efforts to put this on. We have such a great, diverse yoga and wellness community in the area. It was great to spend time with other studios, teachers and participants celebrating and sharing.
