*Update on the power outage in Baldwin. We have had no power at the Baldwin location since about 6:15am. As soon as power is restored, we will have access to our computers and phones to be able to process and fill prescriptions. If the outage goes beyond 8:00am, we might not be able to answer phone calls or fill prescriptions at our normal opening time of 8am. We look forward to serving you as soon as power is back on. Meet Ruby, our Virtual Phone Agent for the Baldwin location! Ruby started today and works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! She is able to look up your prescription without a number (just your name and birthdate) and check to see if prescriptions are ready. She can refill prescriptions, tell you if we need to contact your doctor, or if you would like, transfer you to a live person! (During open hours, of course.) Just ask her to. Try her out today! Again, this is only at the Baldwin location.
