Our sorella spot light is our good friend Collette Andrea
✨ At 54, I made a dream come true that started when I was 6 years old. Inspired by my name, chosen after the French author Colette, I dreamed of Paris, cafés, and creating something special of my own.
Together, my fiancé and business partner built our food trailer from an empty cargo shell into what is now SISU Kitchen—a true labor of love, grit, and determination. The Finnish word sisu means strength, courage, and perseverance in the face of adversity, and it perfectly reflects our journey.
The greatest reward isn’t success—it’s seeing customers smile and enjoy something made with our hands and hearts. ❤️
My mantra: “What must be done will be done.” And through gratitude, faith, and perseverance, I’m living proof that it’s never too late to follow your dreams.
