This is the "before" photo. A couple weeks ago I got my custom dental sleep device from Integrative Sleep Center to help with my sleep apnea. Gotta tell you I'm dreaming A LOT more. Had a weird dream about trying to find jeans the other night and all I could find were kahkis. What the heck did that mean? Other than the fact that I'm getting into deeper sleep every night.
