When I started the journey of becoming more authentic, thete was a constant struggle between the actual realization of I needed to do (e.g. be still, think for myself, reflect on toxic dysfunctional behaviours, be intentional about making steps to unlearn, etc.) and having the courage to accept the long road that lay ahead.

What is even more frustrating, is the moment you recognize that the journey is ongoing.

Sis, healing is ongoing.

There is no end.

Reflect on that for a moment. 🤔

No matter how much you ignore, unlearn, relearn, tweak or dismiss...unless you make the effort to practice self-governance, you'll never experience the joy of transformation over time.

The key, is to start somewhere. 🕊
