Healing Hands Massage has undergone a transformation to Heart and Soul Touch. As I’ve grown my practice, I realized I’d outgrown my old name. What we do together, client and therapist, goes far beyond the physical body, so the term “massage” just didn’t quite feel accurate for me anymore. Neither did “Healing Hands”, as my hands are not the source of the healing my clients experience. YOU are the catalyst for healing. YOU are the ones opening yourselves up to receive, to allow space in your body, mind, and soul for powerful shifts. Without YOU making the decision to keep going, keep healing, my business wouldn’t exist. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’ve seen amazing transformations in my clients as they begin to unwind years of trauma and nervous system dysregulation through addressing restrictions in the fascia. I’ve always known this work was transformative, but I’m in awe every time I get to witness my clients let go of the stories their bodies have been holding on to. When we let go of the old stories, we make room for what’s waiting for us. Together we heal.

One of the most gratifying parts of my work lately is the Intra-oral TMJD sessions I’m doing. I begin these sessions by working on the muscles of the head, face, and neck that are involved in jaw movement. I then put on gloves and use my finger to access the small muscles inside the mouth Most of my clients come to me after a lifetime of pain and discomfort, and as I witness the relief washing over their faces, I am always in awe of the effectiveness of these techniques. If you have been suffering from TMJD, tightness, pressure, pain, clicking, difficulty opening or closing your mouth, pressure behind your eyes or sinuses, this work will change your life!
