Trust your inner compass during the Pisces lunar eclipse on the Full Sturgeon Moon! Join Stacey from the TSW family on Thursday, August 27th at 7 PM for reflection and community. We’ll work with different ways of connecting with your intuition when it is tough to see what’s next. We will engage our intuition in a sensory exercise, then we will apply our inner knowing to interpreting cards in an intuitive oracle reading. Bring a journal and something to write with so that you can respond to journaling prompts to help you sort out your thoughts as we dig deep into our intuition to understand how the oracle cards we pull answer the questions we ask. Lean into the potent Leo energy and the solar eclipse on the New Moon on Wednesday, August 12th! The August moon is known as the Sturgeon Moon, named for ancient fish that live at the bottoms of oceans, rivers, and lakes. In the darkness, they stir up the sediment at the bottom of the water to find the nuggets of sustenance they are seeking.

We'll draw on these themes and connect with the astrological influences of the moment—both the energy of Leo season, which invites us to be in the spotlight and to be seen, and the powerful energy of the full solar eclipse, which invites us to interrupt the way we have seen ourselves and have been seen by others. We will explore the ways we keep ourselves small or stuck and figure out what needs to expand and be celebrated.

This sweet girl is petrified of the thunder storms this afternoon, Hampden is all but deserted, and we are under a tornado watch—so I decided to close early to get Birdie home, where she will feel a tiny bit safer. The shop will be open again on Wednesday, July 22nd, 12-6, and you can shop online in the meantime (link in bio). Stay safe out there, everyone! 💚🙌

Join TSW community member Laura Coombs Francoise, MSW and end-of-life doula, on Sunday, July 26th at 4 PM for a Death Cafe: a thoughtful and welcoming conversation about death and dying in the warm setting of The Space Within. A Death Cafe is not a grief support group, counseling session, spiritual gathering, or educational workshop. It is simply a space for open conversation about death and dying, shaped by the interests and experiences of those who attend.
