🍂 What if fall isn’t asking you to do more—but to let go?
Today’s Fall Equinox marks a shift into a new season—and nature is already showing us what comes next: release.
In Eastern medicine, autumn is associated with the Lungs and Large Intestine and the natural rhythms of taking in what nourishes us and letting go of what we no longer need.
Just as trees release their leaves, this season can be an invitation to notice what you’re still carrying.
Physical clutter.
An overfilled schedule.
Old habits.
Mental noise.
Things taking up more energy than they deserve.
Instead of asking, “How do I stop letting this bother me?” try:
“Could I let this bother me 50% less?”
As the air becomes cooler and drier, Eastern medicine also emphasizes supporting the Lung system—traditionally associated with the breath, skin, and the body’s protective defenses.
This season, think hydration, nourishing foods, intentional breathing, restorative movement, quality sleep—and a little less of what drains you.
🍂 What are you ready to leave behind as you move into fall?
