From dull grown out highlights to a gorgeous warm coppery blonde! ➡️ for the before pics!

To achieve this look I used High Lift Color to lift the regrowth evenly and without the damage of lightener. Once washed out I then did a global application of a custom Shades EQ Gloss formula for a seamless blend. Finished it off with the Express Blowout Treatment to give her up to 6 weeks of smoothness and silky shine! ✨

I’m not sure who was more excited for this color transformation, me or 😆

Started with doing a few face framing highlights to brighten, a fresh haircut of course and then I used the new Color Gels Oils to create this gorgeous all over custom color. I am living for the vibrancy and shine this line gives! 🔥✨👏🏻

Knowledge is Power 💡💪🏻

Education is a passion of mine so when Covid 19 hit and I couldn’t teach stylists anymore I was devastated. 😫 Now what? Now what do we do? I won’t lie I was sacred of virtual education at first. How do I influence through a computer?! How do I make an impact?! How does this translate through a screen?! And how can stylists pay attention to a VIRTUAL class?! 😬 Well, Ulta Beauty gave us educators the tools to raise the bar and expand into the virtual learning world! 💻 Mistakes were made and lots of learning along the way happened but I am so glad to have finally dove in! The reach we have virtually is so much greater and we get to connect with so many more stylists. 🙌🏼 I think virtual education in our industry is here to stay so I highly suggest you hop on the bandwagon! AND I even got to chat to all about it 🤩
