Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact boxing fitness program designed specifically for people with Parkinson's Disease who want to fight back. Head Coach Patricia Wessels, PT is a physical therapist certified in LSVT BIG, PWR!Moves, Delay the Disease, and Rock Steady Boxing.
