✨ I BELIEVED IN MY MAGICK AND SPIRIT IS TAKING ME PLACES I NEVER IMAGINED✨

Neverrrr in a million years would I have thought that out of allllll of my scholarly studies, degrees, and certifications; and out of all the healing arts and modalities I’ve initiated into and mastered, that sound healing would be thing to take off like this 🎶

Getting to share my gifts on stage as The Frequency Fairy was already a huge blessing, but hearing the words “That Was Extraordinary” from Cassandra Freeman | Aunt Viv and the beautiful feedback from the other orators and attendees as well really touched my soul 🥹

Although life is still crazy and uncertain, almost a year post lay off, I am learning to trust the journey, honor the gifts Spirit has placed within me, and stay open to where I’m being led. I may not have known that sound healing would become such a powerful part of my path, but Spirit did and it seems we’re just getting started 💫

I’m grateful, I’m grounded, and It’s only UP from here! 🪄✨

✨🩷 The Tigerlily Foundation PAJAMA GLAM WAS A BEAUTIFUL VIBE! 🩷✨

I was honored to be invited as a part of my wonderful wellness team The Eudaimonia Center ♀️ and I showed up as “The Frequency Fairy !!! “ Sharing the magic of sound and vibrational healing through my crystal singing bowls and tuning forks!

Connecting with incredible women and children who are currently battling breast cancer or are survivors made this experience more than heart felt and special!

The energy was high, the vibes were beautiful, and the love in the room was undeniable! ✨ I’m grateful to have been part of such a thoughtfully curated event celebrating strength, sisterhood, EMPOWERMENT and community

Sharing a fond memory this Monday from the NASW Maryland Maryland National Association of Social Workers Conference a few weeks ago. 💜

I was THRILLED to provide sound bath therapy and meditation for conference participants, alongside Rebecca Woodward, LCSW-C | Therapist, Coach, Speaker + Founder, who shared her very own model and framework for energy healing.

This was also our first public debut as Roots of Her | Healing & Research Hub, a nonprofit founded by Rebecca Woodward, LCSW-C | Therapist, Coach, Speaker + Founder dedicated to expanding access to trauma-informed and culturally responsive healing services for women and families impacted by gender-based violence and intergenerational trauma.

Everyone who participated in our workshop experienced meaningful somatic and energetic breakthroughs—demonstrating the powerful role that ancient healing technologies can play alongside modern clinical and healthcare practices. ✨
