“What happens after death is so unspeakably glorious”
This sentiment sums up what I experience in a reading. This is why I do it. Words cannot explain the true love that comes over me.
Carl Jung is best known as one of history's most influential psychologists, but fewer people know he also described a remarkable near-death experience following a heart attack in 1944.
In a letter to a correspondent, Jung wrote:
"What happens after death is so unspeakably glorious that our imagination and our feelings do not suffice to form even an approximate conception of it. The dissolution of our time-bound form in eternity brings no loss of meaning."
Jung’s near-death experience significantly influenced his views on death and the idea that meaning persists beyond our earthly existence. His story is one of the most impactful NDE accounts from a renowned psychologist.
