As many of my patients know… I love training with a kettlebell!
It’s one of the most time-efficient ways to build strength and get your heart rate up at the same time- which is huge for metabolic health, muscle preservation, and overall longevity.
And honestly?
One of the biggest reasons I stay consistent is because I don’t have to think about it.
