A fresh, new look is taking shape at Anderson Honda in Cockeysville, MD…

Installation of the dealership’s front canopy and columns is underway, marking the next step in the renovation. The refreshed look brings the modern, clean aesthetic of the Honda Blue Stage design while still reflecting the timeless and authentic spirit of the Honda brand.

Ever wonder what goes into a renovation photoshoot? 📸

We spent the day behind the scenes at NOVA Community College's Annandale campus at the newly renovated CF Building. From chasing the perfect light to rearranging furniture for just the right shot, it was a fun reminder of how much care goes into telling a building's story.

The CF Building is the heart of student life at NVCC Annandale, where students go to grab a meal, take a break, and connect. After 4 to 5 years of design and about a year and a half of construction, the renovated first and second floors now feature modernized food service areas, a new second floor multipurpose lounge with study areas, table games, and video game spaces, a meditation room, outdoor dining, and upgrades throughout to make the building safer and more accessible.

A huge thank you to Judy Davis Photography for her incredible eye and for making the day such a great experience!

We're excited to share an early look at Copper Café, a new concept coming to 5742 Falls Road!

This project transforms an existing auto repair shop into a neighborhood café serving coffee and light fare by day and a w**e bar by evening. Planned improvements include a new roof, storefront, tilt-up glass garage door, rooftop mechanical system, updated restrooms, and seating for approximately 40 guests.

The project also connects Copper Café to the adjacent ‘Curb Shoppe Bar & Grill’ via a shared outdoor space with covered seating, an outdoor bar, and space for live entertainment.

We're excited to work alongside KasCon, Morabito Consultants, and SRBR Engineers to bring this vision to life, with a Fall 2026 opening on the horizon!

Last week, Hal Sachs had the opportunity to attend the CENTRA Keystone Topping Out Ceremony!

Topping out ceremonies are a long-standing construction tradition that celebrate the safe completion of a building's framework.

They include the evergreen tree, symbolizing growth and good fortune for future occupants; the American flag, representing the project team's unity; and the signing of the final beam by workers, contractors, and owners.

We're proud to support CENTRA and their team as this exciting project continues to move forward!
