We're excited to share an early look at Copper Café, a new concept coming to 5742 Falls Road!

This project transforms an existing auto repair shop into a neighborhood café serving coffee and light fare by day and a wine bar by evening. Planned improvements include a new roof, storefront, tilt-up glass garage door, rooftop mechanical system, updated restrooms, and seating for approximately 40 guests.

The project also connects Copper Café to the adjacent ‘Curb Shoppe Bar & Grill’ via a shared outdoor space with covered seating, an outdoor bar, and space for live entertainment.

We're excited to work alongside KasCon, Morabito Consultants, and SRBR Engineers to bring this vision to life, with a Fall 2026 opening on the horizon!

Last week, Hal Sachs had the opportunity to attend the CENTRA Keystone Topping Out Ceremony!

Topping out ceremonies are a long-standing construction tradition that celebrate the safe completion of a building's framework.

They include the evergreen tree, symbolizing growth and good fortune for future occupants; the American flag, representing the project team's unity; and the signing of the final beam by workers, contractors, and owners.

We're proud to support CENTRA and their team as this exciting project continues to move forward!

The new Wellness Suite at Towson University’s Burdick Hall is officially complete.

This 1,915 sq ft addition provides Towson University students with a dedicated space for mindfulness, counseling, and restorative wellness. The space was designed with intentional acoustic separations to help buffer sound from the surrounding fitness center.

This 4,500 sq ft renovation is nearing completion, bringing modern research capabilities into a historic structure while preserving its architectural character.

Our team member, Megan Lazzeri, went on-site to see the progress firsthand at CENTRA’s RNO2 data center in Reno, NV.

Precast exterior wall panels are now being installed, giving the 92,000 sq ft facility its first true sense of scale.
