Please, Please, Please extend basically courtesy when you will be unable to attend your appointments. Not just for me, but any personal services provider that you see. We are small business owners and we turn away paying work for you.

To be considered is divine. I would rather be disappointed that you had to cancel than to wait around hear nothing. Should the trend continue, deposits may become necessary.
