Recently, there has been an influx of contact regarding services performed in homes, malls, back alleys, beauty supply stores, and other less than reputable places…

While I have always been open to troubleshooting with someone in the event of an issue with a fresh piercing (during a scheduled consult) - I do not do so for free.

I, also, reserve the right to say no at any time. ESSPECIALLY if there is a liability risk.

If it was performed at another shop, I first clarify if you felt safe in that space. If you answer yes, then I encourage you to contact the place where you had the service performed before gaining an additional opinion.

If you did not feel safe, then I will complete a consult and assessment to weigh liability risk and come up with a correction or removal plan.

If it was performed at home (or other non-professional space) and it poses a danger to you, I may complete a consult and removal. (Or direct you to an urgent care center or ER).

If it was performed at home (or other non-professional space) and it poses no danger or risk to you, I will not assume the liability to service your piercing.
