Typing this as I’m sitting home with a horrible sinus allergy situation 🤧 East coast weather sucks

May has been a full one.

Family. Friends. Work. Rest.

All of it demanding presence, all of it deserving it too.

I’ve learned that balance doesn’t mean equal time. It means honoring what each season calls for. And this season is calling for all of me.

If you’ve messaged, I see you. I really do. The days are just booked in a way that doesn’t leave much room for in between.

But here’s what I keep coming back to... there’s not enough hours in the day. And maybe that’s not a time problem. Maybe that’s a hiring problem.

Is it time to bring someone in? I think it might be.
