Nobody teaches you what to say after a pregnancy loss.
I learned it the hard way — 4 times, before my daughter. And what I noticed in all that grief was that the people who loved me most often froze. Not because they didn’t care, but because no one ever showed them how to sit with this kind of pain.
This week, I got to share what I learned in . I made this carousel to bring it home, in my own words. Swipe through for what actually helped and what didn’t.
If you’ve lived this, I hope it makes you feel less alone. And if you love someone who has, I hope it gives you something to hold onto the next time you don’t know what to say.
You don’t need perfect words. You just need to stay. 🤍
Save this. Send it to someone who needs it.
