Part time to full time Position
About You
• MUST be Patience, Passionate & Pleasant work with
• Strong background in assisted living, medical and property management
• Quick learner ; willing to acquire new skills and some of the key parts of the business
• Have solid research skills (using multiple sources; broad and specific search terms; etc.)
• Great communicator (good writing skills; pleasant, fun/casual yet professional; not a rambler)
• Well organized (can keep individual projects separate from each other; keep clear notes)
• Flexibility to travel in the Baltimore City/County area
• Have a quiet place to work at home, uninterrupted! And the able to come to company office
• Can dedicate a few hours a day, a few days a week
• Have Skype, Dropbox, and Google Calendar (all free); and hopefully a laptop/Kindle, a plus , but not needed at the time of application

About the Position
The following are some things that you will or may be managing or collaborating on, but the possibilities are endless depending on your strengths:
• Communicating with Staff, Residents and Clients (using all means of communication: email, mail, phone, etc.)
• Keeping projects on track (collecting updates, posting updates to all parties involved, keeping on top of team to ensure deadlines are being met)
• Researching issues/requests
• Creating proposals and estimates (using templates and other documents + meeting notes)
• Collaborating on the projects themselves
• Researching and contacting other professionals in the field
• Researching trends, resources and tools
• Proofreading materials
• Getting mini-projects underway (finding the right people for the right jobs, keeping track of updates)
• Writing posts and/or posting to social media
• Invoicing clients and residents
