At Holistic Health and Wellness, we want to help people understand how alcohol can affect your body and mind.

Drinking too much alcohol can make you feel sad, anxious, tired, and can hurt your health. It can also affect your sleep, mood, and daily life.

This month, we encourage you to:

✨ Talk with someone you trust
✨ Ask for help if you need it
✨ Take care of your health

We also offer medication that can help reduce alcohol use and cravings, along with caring support every step of the way.

Did you know your kidneys work 24/7 to keep your body healthy? DURING NATIONAL KIDNEY MONTH, we raise awareness about Chronic KIDNEY Disease (CKD) and the importance of protecting kidney health.

Your kidneys may be small, but they do big jobs for your body every single day. They filter waste from your blood, balance fluids, help control blood pressure, and keep your body working the way it should.

During National Kidney Month, lets raising awareness about Chronic Kidney Disease, a condition that affects millions of people—many of whom don’t even know they have it.

⚠️ You may be at higher risk if you have:

• Diabetes
• High blood pressure
• Heart disease
• A family history of kidney disease
• Age 60 or older

Because kidney disease often develops silently, regular checkups and simple lab tests can help detect problems early.
