During late summer, as the leaves and grass shift to a duller, more muted green, it's as if the energy retreats back into the earth. Emotions range from the bittersweet grief of summer coming to an end to the excitement and anxiety of back to school. It’s during this time more than ever that we are drawn to grounding practices like qi gong.
