So for 20 + years I’ve tried to get a handle
On my own health problems. You name it, I’ve fixed it within myself.
We finally moved to a remote southern town in Oregon where my usual favorite foods are not available. My entire life I’ve eaten my steaks, really rare, lots of sushi and raw oysters. Never had a problem, so I thought.
I recently took out the raw everything from my diet , went on the correct parasite protocol, and all my symptoms are going away. Releasing the cups of unneeded supplements. Symptoms include, coughing till I throw up, like I had a horrible infection, bloating, itching , sleepless nights getting up 3-6 times, and many other symptoms. I am grateful the universe has shown me.
If you have symptoms your health care provider can’t explain, try to heal yourself by taking out the foods your body can’t deal with. Mine is raw proteins. Yours could be wheat, dairy, or sugar. Namaste.
