p (KSMOL). Graduates of KSMOL are recognized as certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guides (KMOG) and guide folks on nature-based Mindful Outdoor Experiences (MOE). ChuckWalks’ purpose is simply to invite folks of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds on an adventure into the natural world and guide them through proven mindfulness techniques.
