A simple habit can make a big difference in keeping our families and communities healthy. Cover your coughs and sneezes, wash your hands regularly, and stay home when you’re feeling sick. Small steps help prevent the spread of germs and keep everyone safer.

✔️ Cough or sneeze into your elbow
✔️ Use a tissue and dispose of it properly
✔️ Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds
✔️ Use hand sanitizer when needed
✔️ Stay home if you’re not feeling well
