WE’RE BACK, BABY!

Fall Community Sauna season is here. September, October, and November dates are up on the website. Three months of crisp air, cold water, cedar heat, and gathering together as the season turns.

We’ll be returning to some of our favorite spots around MDI, plus our new favorite spot in Lamoine.

Whether you’ve been sauna-ing with us since the beginning or this will be your very first Selkie experience, there’s a place for you on the bench.

Grab a spot, bring your towel, and meet us at the water’s edge. We’ve missed you! Let’s sauna!

Pop-Up Community Sauna - July 18th!

Summer is full of movement; long days, full calendars, endless invitations, and a little bit of beautiful chaos.

Come step out of the swirl and into stillness. Join us for an afternoon of warmth, cold water, quiet, and connection. A chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.

We’ll be at Seal Cove Picnic area this Saturday (June 13th) celebrating Pride 🏳️‍🌈 and we’ll be at Lamoine Beach Park on June 21st, celebrating Summer Solstice! ☀️

Our dear sweet Raven is back in action! After a rough and tumble injury to her “wings” via a nasty Maine pothole, we are so thrilled to see her back at the beach.
