Today as a congregation we celebrated the 100th ramp built by the SAWs (Servants At Work) ministry. We are blessed to have this great group out in the community helping to give freedom to those confined to their home without accessibility ramps!

We work best when we are working together to bring forth God’s Kingdom on Earth! May God continue to pour out His blessings for all!

Celebrating with a servant's heart the completion of ramp #80!

Ramp #80 was completed last week! This ministry continues to grow reaching those who are wheelchair bound and giving them new found freedom to get out into the world by providing them with ramps to enable them to go outside of the walls of their homes.

The SAWs group built this ramp today for a young man who previously had to be carried out of his home in order to leave. Now he has a safe way to go outside and more fully enjoy life. Thanks to all who worked and supported this ministry. What a blessing!! (Thanks Fred Chadwell for the photo)

Spring has sprung and the SAWs ramp ministry is ramping up for it's 2014 building season. This year they have been blessed with the donation of a dedicated trailer to haul their tools and materials. This new trailer sports the logo of the ministry. Watch for it around town as the spread hope and bring access to those in wheelchairs.

Thank you to Mt.Olive Lutheran Church for graciously hosting our volunteers tonight for our first volunteer appreciation dinner. Your hospitality and support are greatly appreciated. Blessings to you as we continue in ministry!

Blessed to be able to share to give freedom to wheelchair bound residents of Johnson County. This is just one example of the many that we have been blessed to meet!

The freedom that Sharon Laughlin felt when she got her wheelchair was short-lived, because she soon found she couldn't get out of her home.
