I put this piece together using one of my husband’s ties. As I was wearing it I started thinking about all the times he wore the tie, many of them to our friends weddings, sometimes to some sad events, funerals of loved ones. It was nice to have that prompt down memory lane.

Welcome to the Knight & Day Wearable Art page. I have a passion for making old or treasured garments and fabric new again. Scarves made from men’s neckties (boring ties are so much more fun when I get done with them) or pieces of flannel and sweaters.
