Elite Nation Wellness is a boutique fitness and recovery studio located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, offering a comprehensive approach to health and movement. The studio provides a wide range of services, including group fitness classes; small-group and private training; yoga; indoor cycling; barre; Pilates-inspired strength training; 3D body scanning; infrared sauna; cold plunge therapy; compressi

on recovery; open gym access; and wellness retreats. Originally operating as Wellbeloved Wellness, the studio has a long-standing presence in the local wellness community. Kayla began working at the studio in 2016 and, after more than a decade of experience within the space, purchased the business from the previous owner in 2022. Following the transition, she rebranded and completely revitalized the studio—expanding services, upgrading equipment, enhancing recovery offerings, and reimagining the overall client experience. Today, Elite Nation Wellness reflects that evolution: a modern, thoughtfully designed wellness destination focused on strength, longevity, recovery, and community.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: PART 3 — CANCELLATION EDITION ⏰❌

We’re wrapping up our Know Before You Go series with one of our most important studio policies: CANCELLATIONS.

When you reserve a class, that spot is saved just for you.

Because many of our classes are intentionally small and often have waitlists, we ask that you please cancel as early as possible if your plans change. This gives another member the opportunity to get into class and helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

A quick reminder of our 24-hour cancellation policy:

⏰ LATE CANCELLATION — within 24 hours
• $15 late-cancel fee
• Membership credits are forfeited
• Credit Pack credits are returned for future use

❌ NO SHOW — no cancellation at all
• $25 no-show fee
• Membership credits are forfeited
• Credit Pack credits are returned for future use

One more important reminder: Please do not remain enrolled in a class while messaging us to let us know you cannot attend. If you know you won’t be there, please remove yourself from class so someone on the waitlist has the opportunity to take your spot. 🫶🏼

These policies are effective immediately, with full enforcement beginning September 1st.

Between now and then, our team will continue offering friendly reminders as everyone gets accustomed to the updated policies.
