Two spots have opened up in tonight's class. This class is all on the ground. We will start with some gentle movement a d then move into restorative poses using props to get as comfortable as we can. We will hold these poses for about 10 minutes each and then end with yoga nidra a lying down meditation that gets aims to get you into a state between being awake and asleep. This class is all about resting and getting into the parasympathetic nervous system.
Start your week off with a restorative class. We will do some gentle movement, sink into some restorative yoga poses held for 5-10 minutes each and end with yoga nidra. This is a quiet class...no music. Many students report getting a really good night's sleep after class. Only 15 spaces available, so reserve your spot soon.
