At some point, you realize most of us were never actually shown what to do when someone is holding stress, tension, or overwhelm in their body.

So we try to help, but we’re guessing.

This is a space to learn something more useful.

Simple, hands-on ways to support another body.....grounded, practical, and easy to carry into everyday life.

If you’re new to this, you’ll learn skills you can use right away with the people in your life. If you already practice body or energy work, this is a chance to refine your touch, deepen your awareness, and build more confidence in what you’re feeling.

You’ll also start to trust what you’re sensing by learning to recognize subtle cues in the body and respond without second-guessing yourself.

Nothing complicated. Just clear, guided practice.

Sometimes this meal is just broth and eggs, or sometimes I don't have broth but I have the rice so I'll just add some water and season it a little bit more. Make this for lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Kids even enjoy it.

This is definitely a big one and still something I struggle with. I personally have a constitution where I need to eat warm foods and if I eat cold stuff like smoothies and salads or things straight out of the fridge, I have digestive problems. Afterwards. It will slow down my digestion. I'll get constipation and things will ferment in my guts, it's just not cool. But I can over the summer eat something cold as long as I pair it with something warming afterwards. Especially like a ginger tea to help move things through my system to prevent that stagnation. And I laughed after I learned this because I LOVE soup. I could eat soup three times a day, 365 days a year and would not be sick of it. Turns out that's the best thing for me.

The key is knowing your Constitution and using food as medicine to keep your system happy.
