For new patients, we ask that you schedule an appointment with us first. When you arrive for your first appointment, we will conduct a physical, which includes getting your weight, BMI, blood pressure, and some non-fasting labs. This initial visit will help us determine whether the appetite-suppression medication or the lipotropic injections work best for you.

Many people incorrectly assume that these treatments will magically get rid of the weight. However, it is important that you adjust your diet and exercise alongside your treatments to reach your weight goals.

After your initial visit, you can schedule an appointment to receive injections or to pick up your prescription. We will also schedule regular check-in visits to talk about how the treatment is working.

If you’re not seeing results, we can talk through the possible problems or adjust your plan or treatment. We’re not here to simply prescribe medication and then walk away. We plan to be with you every step of the way.
