🥤 Meal Prep Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated 🥤
One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking meal prep has to take hours every week.
The truth? Simplicity wins.
For example, I prep my breakfast smoothies for the entire week in advance.
✅ Oats, protein powder, and supplements go into one ziplock bag.
✅ Frozen berries go into a second bag.
✅ Everything is portioned out and ready to go.
In the morning, I simply dump both bags into my blender, add water and ice, and blend.
That’s it.
A frothy, delicious breakfast smoothie that’s:
✔ High in protein
✔ Packed with nutrients
✔ Easy to digest
✔ Ready in minutes
✔ No measuring or guessing
When healthy choices are convenient, you’re much more likely to stay consistent.
Remember, success doesn’t come from having the perfect plan. It comes from making the plan easy enough to follow every single day.
Keep it simple.
Keep it prepared.
Keep showing up.
