Our next Yoga Fusion Introductory Workshop will be MY CRAFT ROOM, Saturday September 5, at 10:30 am. Personal investment for introductory is $35/person. 3 spots available. Workshop will last between 90 minutes to two hours. Please register in advance at
1-(850)-676-1959 (texting preferred) no later than Friday, September 4th.

What is Yoga Fusion. It's just a phrase used for a fusion of traditional yoga practice with room for lots of other experiences. This workshop is designed for all levels. A chair will be provided if needed.

I begin with where you TRULY are. As a licensed massage therapist with 12 years experience I've worked with bodies with a myriad of pathologies that often drive our chronic aches and pains and loss of mobility. Combine that with having been a student of yoga since the 1900's and I have a unique skillset to bring to our communities, or as I like to call myself, a "fusion of science and soul"!

Last night Yoga Fusion at MY CRAFT ROOM was so much fun! I LOVE what we’re cultivating right here in ‘ole Marianna, Florida. Don’t forget to work your tools, journal your journey, and put new variables into your equations. All of course, with non-violence (Ahimsa) to yourselves. Listen deeply to your bodies. They are so much smarter than our minds. I honor you. 🙏🏼 We are making our lives GREAT works of art. If you would like to reach back out to me before our next gathering, please feel free. Yoga Fusion this evening at MY CRAFT ROOM beginning at 5:30pm. Investment is $50/person. Don't forget to bring your mat, journal and pen, blanket or pillow and WATER!

Come ready to go INWARD. Pratyahara (sense withdrawal) is the pulling into ourselves all the usual externalization. This is an embodiment practice. Most of us have learned to treat our bodies like slaves to our minds. Yoga flips that script. Incessant mind chatter will be slowed and we will journey back into our bodies. That is the magic of true Yoga.

This Friday, August 7, 5:30pm, $35 Introductory Yoga Fusion. 3 spots available. Highly personalized, workshop styled to meet you where your body currently is. Intention setting, breathwork (pranayama), deep dive into specific postures (asana), working with yoga sutra starting with non-harm (ahimsa), concluding with sound bowls to assist in relaxation and integration (Savasana). If this feels aligned, please let me or MY CRAFT ROOM know. You will need to bring your own mat, blanket and/or pillow, journal and pen, and water. If you need chair assist it will be provided. Looking forward to meeting all drawn to this experience.

Tomorrow is the day! Looking forward to meeting you. Remember to bring a mat. You may also want to bring a blanket and a pillow. The pillow can be very helpful for knee support and when lying in final resting pose, (savasana). If you have blocks and would like to bring them, feel free. Also, please bring a notebook and something to write with. If you missed my previous post, you may want to check that one out on my page. See you tomorrow at 5:30.
