📣 Telepharmacy Update! 📣

We're getting closer to being fully operational with insurance billing!

Telepharmacy regulations differ from those of traditional pharmacies, so the credentialing process has taken longer than expected. The good news is that all required licenses and inspections have been completed and approved!

Our telepharmacy is open and serving patients, and we have submitted all necessary information to the insurance companies. We are currently waiting for them to add us to their provider networks so we can begin processing your prescriptions through insurance at the telepharmacy location.

In the meantime, patients can still have prescriptions filled through their insurance at Rock County Pharmacy and have them sent to Sandhills Pharmacy for pickup. All you need to do is let us know your delivery preferences, including where and when you would like your prescription sent!

We appreciate your patience as we work through this final step. We are excited to offer this service to the community and hope to be able to provide full insurance processing soon!

🇺🇸 Reminder: We will be CLOSED Monday for Memorial Day, so please order prescriptions and over the counter items that you need now, and get them picked up or delivered by Friday.

Currently we are waiting for the DEA inspection, so we can get insurance contracts set up for the Ainsworth location. We are hoping for a quick turnaround. 🤞🏻

We’re so happy you’re here and honored to take care of your pharmacy needs.
We offer medication delivery to your home or workplace to help make life a little easier! 🚗💊
We also offer FREE delivery to our Ainsworth location, Sandhills Pharmacy for pickup at your convenience.

A few helpful things to know about delivery:
• The service is available within the city limits of Bassett, Long Pine, or Ainsworth
• For same-day delivery, we just need to receive new prescriptions or refills by 12:30 PM
• If the delivery is to your home or work, someone will need to be available to sign when your order arrives- the package cannot be left without a signature for delivery confirmation
• Packages delivered to Sandhills pharmacy can be picked up any time after they arrive (usually by 2:30) - 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
• Delivery isn’t automatic- we’ll always wait to hear from you before sending anything out
• We’re unable to take delivery requests from your prescribers, hospitals, or office staff, so please be sure to give us a call to set up delivery address, payment method, and any other details.

RefillRx is a refill site that is utilized by pharmacies using Rx30 software to manage their pharmacies. This website allows you to register, login and refill your active prescriptions with your pharmacy.

We’re here to make your refills as simple and convenient as possible. You can now order your prescription by calling:
Rock County Pharmacy at 402.684.2730, or Sandhills Pharmacy at 402.387.1403

✔️ Prescriptions processed through insurance will be filled at Rock County Pharmacy
✔️ Need it in Ainsworth? No problem! Your medications can be delivered to Sandhills Pharmacy the same day.
✔️ To qualify for same-day pickup:
• Order must be placed before 12:30 PM
• Prescription must have fills available
• Must be an in stock item
✔️ Pick up at Sandhills Pharmacy will be ready after 2:30 PM

As many of you know, Ainsworth Pharmacy is closing this Thursday. If you currently have prescriptions there, please remember to arrange a transfer before then to avoid interruptions in your medication therapy.
