It looked immediate, and for a while it looked good. Nobody asked where that wax would be in ten years. It moved, it hardened, and the body could never break it down.

There are four ways to deliver the same hormones, and genuinely different day-to-day experiences depending on which route you choose. Pellets tend to win on steadiness of level, since they release gradually instead of spiking and dipping. Creams and patches need daily attention; pellets mean you mostly forget about it for months at a time.

Adjustability favors creams and injections, since a pellet is committed once it's placed. Pellets themselves run three to four months depending on the individual, not a fixed number.

Ablative and non-ablative sound like jargon, but the idea underneath is simple. Ablative removes tissue on purpose, and your skin heals by building new tissue in its place. Non-ablative heats tissue underneath without breaking the surface, and collagen builds without a wound to heal.

RF microneedling can genuinely improve stretch marks, and we'll say plainly that "improve" is doing honest work in that sentence, not an overpromise. It's not a perfect fix, and it doesn't happen in one session. Heat delivered through the microneedling channels stimulates collagen remodeling gradually, over a series of treatments spaced weeks apart.

Older, more mature stretch marks respond more slowly than newer, still-pink ones, and that timeline is worth knowing before you start.
