A Herbal Tea Blending and Reflection Workshop:
Join me Mayra Alba-Chartier for a gentle afternoon of plant wisdom, tea blending, meaningful conversation, and personal reflection.
You will explore a selection of herbs through their aroma, flavor, traditional qualities, and the intuitive connection each plant awakens within you.
With guidance, you will create your own personal 4-ounce herbal tea blend to enjoy during the workshop and continue using at home.
Each participant will take home:
