This past weekend one of our physical therapists, Hallee, from our clinic in Bath completed her first marathon!

After training for just shy of 5 months she went from 3 mile long runs to 26.2. She made slow and steady progress while listening to her body to prevent injury. The training process has given her more perspective on how the human body responds to stress and how consistency produces results.

Me: "I'll do my at-home exercises every day."
Also me: doing them twice, three days before my next appointment. 😅
