Help Wanted – Customer Service Representative

We’re a small, locally owned Durable Medical Equipment company looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This position involves helping customers over the phone, processing equipment orders, coordinating deliveries, and providing support to patients and caregivers. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are important. Medical office or DME experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Thank you Everything Medical Equipment and Supplies! A lot goes into making our clinics run successfully, and we could not do that without the generosity of Everything Medical and their donations of wheelchairs to use for our clinics.

Our current COVID vaccination clinic runs Monday - Friday from 10 am - 2 pm in Bath at the Civil Defense Training Center: 7220 State Route 54. Register at www.steubencony.org/covid or walk in. Open to all age 18 and older.
