We see this too often with clients. And most of them had no idea their labs were telling this story.

Low-grade inflammation lives in the window between “totally fine” and “diagnosable” and most women are sitting right there without knowing it.

Here’s what to look for on your next labs 👇
🔴 Hs-CRP above 1.0 mg/L (functional optimal is under 1.0 — conventional labs won’t flag until 10)
🔴 Monocytes pushing above 7% (sign of persistent inflammation or gut dysbiosis)
🔴 Eosinophils above 3% (gut inflammation, food sensitivities, mold, parasites)
🔴 N/L ratio above 1.5 (chronic stress + systemic inflammation)
🔴 Lymphocytes dropping below 24% (cortisol is draining your immune system)
🔴 Platelets falling below 155 x103/µL (your body is consuming them faster than it should)

All “in range.” None of it fine.

I know that’s not what you want to hear, but hear me out.

Y’all I see this constantly.

She’s in her late 30s or early 40s, tired, puffy, weight won’t move, mood all over the place. She’s Googled everything and convinced herself she’s in perimenopause.

Honestly? There are days I just don’t feel like it. 😮‍💨

Not in a “I need a rest day” way. In a “I genuinely do not care about my goals right now” way.

No motivation. No discipline. No desire to do a single thing I know I should.

And I used to think something was wrong with me for that.

That’s not a willpower problem. That’s a diet culture problem.

PCOS has officially been renamed 🙌🏻

It’s now called PMOS, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome.

And the reason behind the change? The old name was actually misleading. It implied the main problem was cysts on your ovaries. But cysts aren’t even present in every case, and the condition is so much bigger than that.

PMOS affects your hormones, your metabolism, your blood sugar, your skin, your mood, your sleep, your mental health. It is a whole-body condition that just happens to involve the ovaries.

The new name finally reflects that.

For every woman who spent years being dismissed, told her labs were normal, or made to feel like she was overreacting, this rename is validation. The condition was always bigger than what it was being called.

If you’ve been dealing with irregular cycles, hair thinning, acne, stubborn weight, anxiety, brain fog, or just a general feeling that something is off hormonally, this applies to you. And I’ve been there!
