The hair restoration mistake we see constantly: waiting until the thinning is "bad enough" to do something.

Here's the reality. Treatments like microneedling with exosomes tend to work best for early to moderate thinning, when follicles are struggling but still alive. Wait too long and you're working with less to save.

So if you're in the "it's probably fine" stage, that's actually the BEST stage to get evaluated. Not because you need treatment today, but because knowing your baseline and your cause gives you power. 💪
