Wellness Unplugged was able to raise $500 for AP pride. We had some great dialogue today and hope to host Amy Cimo Nutrition again soon! Thank you everyone for your support and attendance today!

Still pleasantly overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from local businesses for this iteration of Wellness Unplugged. 💜

This month’s theme, Seen & Supported, brought together local community members and businesses to have a real conversation on what it feels like to be part of the LGBTQ+ community right now, how allies can show up, what support looks like, and where businesses can analyze their operations to identify themselves as inclusive and create a more welcoming, safe space. 🌈

Thank you to everyone who reached out to sponsor or contribute, and the individuals who showed up to speak out. Community happens in rooms like these. 🤝

The best part? We were able to donate $500 to
- a growing organization helping to spread love and inclusivity and directly support the LGBTQ+ community in and around Ascension Parish.

Wellness Unplugged: Seen & Supported was a success! And this table full of community resources will be available at for the next few weeks. Find information and resources for LGBTQ+ community members, including health and wellness, professional services, and other local businesses serving Ascension, Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Stop by during regular business hours to grab what you need!
