Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here ✨

My name is Clarissa Smith, and I’ve been a physical therapist for over 30 years. Over the decades, my work has continued to evolve as I’ve learned one powerful truth:

✨ The body has an incredible ability to heal when it’s supported the right way.

My journey has led me to train in a wide range of holistic modalities, including
craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, tuning fork therapy, nervous system–resetting breathwork, and many others. Each approach is simply a different doorway to the same goal — helping the body feel safe, supported, and capable of healing from the inside out.
