If there’s a dad joke to be told, you can pretty much guarantee Shelby has one ready! She keeps us laughing all the time with the CHEESIEST jokes!

Shelby has been part of our Sunrise family for quite some time, and we are so grateful for everything she brings to our team. She is always eager to learn, never afraid of a new challenge, and constantly looking for ways to grow and be better for the kids she works with.

One of our favorite things about Shelby is how much the little wins mean to her. What may seem like a small step to someone else is a HUGE celebration in Shelby’s eyes and that kind of passion is exactly what makes her so special! 🫶🏻

Reinforce & Recharge 🐚🌊💛

A weekend dedicated to the people who pour so much of themselves into Sunrise every single day! (And our Sunrise babies too - because everyone is part of the family!!)

We stepped away from the clinic, put the data sheets down, and spent the weekend laughing, learning, relaxing, connecting, and simply enjoying each other. There were team challenges, lots of good food, plenty of laughs, a little friendly competition, and so many moments that reminded me just how special this group of people is.

Sunrise has grown into so much more than I ever could have imagined, and weekends like this remind me that what makes it special isn’t a building, a program, or a name - it’s the people behind it!! The ones who show up, support each other, love our kids, celebrate the wins, navigate the hard days, and continue to grow together.

So grateful for this team and for the memories we made this weekend. We reinforced the good, recharged our batteries, and came home with full cups!

Can’t wait for the next one!! 🦋

Carli - you are such a thoughtful and caring person towards your coworkers, families, and clients you serve. It has been a delight to watch you grow in this field! You approached each session with integrity and confidence. You are always willing to step in and help and eager to learn! You are going places, Carli!
