“When will my child be ready for school?” ✏️🍎

It’s one of the most common questions we hear from families, and there isn’t one answer that fits every child.

School readiness looks different for everyone. If school is part of your family’s goals, we want to help make that transition as thoughtful and supportive as possible. That can include collaborating with teachers, attending IEP meetings, sharing what we’ve learned, and working together to support your child across environments.

Sometimes we may recommend a little more time in ABA. Other times, we may be excited to say, “We think they’re ready.” Either way, we’ll explain our thinking and make sure you’re part of the conversation.
