Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a center or home-based setting.

Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors, which are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
